Frequently Asked Questions

Will I still be able to use my Instant Message or E-mail programs with this service?

Our ISP is designed to allow you to use all forms of Internet communication. Many ISP's, such as AOL, have instant messaging (IM) programs built into them. In this specific case you would need to download and install the AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) program to continue using that specific service. In most other cases, your screen name and passwords do not even need to change! Many IM/email providers allow you to use their service right from their homepage. Hotmail, MSN, and Yahoo are all perfect examples of this. In order to gain access to your old email or IM service, you would simply connect to the Internet with SiteOne Internet and then go to the homepage in question (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc), and proceed as normal.
