Below are the settings changes you will need to make in order for your domain mail to function properly:
webmail is available at: mail.domain.com
incoming mail server is: mail.domain.com
Please Contact websupport@siteone.net for Web Hosting support concerning hosting or domain mail issues
or call 1-800-354-5434 and follow the prompts
You will have to get in touch with the domain name registrar if Siteone does not provide name services for your domain.
Once these changes are propagated which can take 24-72 hours the mail will resume
Please have your domain MX record changed to:
| IN MX s1tank.virtdom.com (with priority of 10) |
and ADD these A records:
| IN | CNAME | s1morpheus.virtdom.com |
| ftp | CNAME | s1morpheus.virtdom.com |
| mail | CNAME | s1tank.virtdom.com |
| pop | CNAME | s1tank.virtdom.com |
| smtp | CNAME | s1tank.virtdom.com |
| sql | CNAME | sql1.virtdom.com |
| www | CNAME | s1morpheus.virtdom.com |
